Cancellation & Refunds Policy

1. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your Tezi subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@teziapp.com.

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features until the end of the paid period.

Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused months.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for:

  • New customers within 24 hours of initial subscription
  • Billing errors made by Tezi

Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available for:

  • Usage-based charges (API calls, message volume)
  • Third-party integrations or services
  • Custom development work
  • Training or onboarding services

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@teziapp.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID or invoice number

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

4. Data Retention

Upon cancellation, your account data will be retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may request immediate data deletion by contacting our support team.
